Porsche Design Tower Bangkok

The Porsche Design Tower Bangkok is set to be Asia's first luxury residential development of its kind, following exclusive projects in Miami and Stuttgart. In collaboration with Ananda Development, this iconic tower will feature 22 opulent duplex and quadplex 'Sky Villas,' ranging from 525 to 1,135 square meters, with prices starting at USD 15 million and reaching up to USD 40 million. Construction is slated to begin in 2025, with completion expected by the end of 2028, aiming to redefine luxury living in the region.

One of the architectural highlights is the exposed pedestal structure called “X-Frame” inspired by the Porsche Mission R concept car’s exoskeleton structure. And the top of the 95-meter-tall 21-story tower is embellished by “The Crown” – a light signature inspired by the iconic lighting designs of Porsche sportscars.
