PROJECTPINE

This residential cum music studio project was done in collaboration with R.C. Remod at a 85 sqm, 3 room apartment, for a musician. The homeowner’s brief comprised of a re-layout of the existing apartment, while showcasing raw textures, as well as sound proofing for the music studio. Beams were specially exposed to show the construction details of the 1981 architecture.

Materials and fittings were specially imported from all over the world for this project. The lighting set up of the apartment highlights the natural textures of the specially imported Sanwa solid wood parquet. Bathroom counters, medicine cabinets, shelves, doors, gate, and entry way steps were specially designed and custom built for this project
